Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Pioneer Arms USA we are committed to building quality firearms and putting you, the consumer, first. We stand by our product and want to make you a satisfied lifetime customer. The following warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the firearm for the duration of its mechanical life, subject to the limitations and conditions set forth below.
Obligations and Requirements
Warranty Registration is not required at the time of purchase. For service under this warranty-
- Email warranty@pioneerarmsusa.com with a detailed summary of the issue
- Provide an image copy of the original purchase receipt of the firearm
Upon acceptance of a warranty claim, it is at the sole discretion of Pioneer Arms USA’s to provide a remedy by means of repair, replacement, or reimbursement if necessary.
Warranty Terms and Limitations
For products used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, Pioneer Arms USA warrants, to the original purchaser, the firearm to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the firearm. The warranty also includes coverage for consumable items, including bolt, bolt carrier, trigger group, firing pin, barrel, and muzzle device for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase.
Pioneer Arms USA has sole discretion to determine if a malfunction is due to a manufacturing defect or is caused by the use of aftermarket modifications, improper care, misuse (including the use of improper ammunition), or normal wear and tear.

This is Pioneer Arms USA’s sole warranty and supersedes any and all other representations.
PIONEER ARMS USA DISCLAIMS ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ECONOMIC LOSS, INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
